In 2014, I made a groundbreaking decision. After more than 15 years in the media landscape, I started my own business as a photographer. No - of course I had no idea about it and a business plan was and still is a foreign word for me. I did it as always in my life - according to my feeling and with a lot of energy and work!
Now seven years have already passed since that time. For seven years, my white German shepherd Rasta has accompanied me on this path. He has become an Instagram star in the meantime. With over 400,000 followers on Instagram, 437,000 followers on Tik Tok and around 50,000 Facebook fans, his fanbase is pretty decent and - his fans love him!
But I don't have to hide either. 442,000 Instagram fans, 120,000 Tik Tok fans and soon 500,000 subscribers on Facebook speak a clear language! On Facebook, I had a reach of 14 million this month alone. Why am I throwing these numbers around? Because I'm damn proud of it and because I work hard for it every day.
It also makes me incredibly happy that I get to work on something that makes people happy out there! What could be better than to be able to read every day how well people do my pictures and videos?
The darn 7th year is darn good for me. I am happy about the fruits of my hard and years of work and am grateful for all partners who accompany or have accompanied me on this path over a short or long distance.
But a big thank you goes especially to all the people who show me their gratitude every day. It is your energy that keeps me going, that spurs me on to show something new again and again, that drives me forward!
